Airport Executive
Job Summary:
Join our team as an Airport Executive where you will oversee the strategic growth and operations of our airport. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in business development, technical sales, and leadership. As an Airport Executive, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiency within the airport environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase passenger traffic, and enhance revenue streams
- Utilize warm calling techniques and engage in technical sales discussions to attract new airlines and business partners
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including airlines, vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth operations
- Lead sales initiatives by identifying market trends, analyzing competition, and implementing innovative strategies
- Manage account relationships with airlines and other key partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize technology sales tools to optimize airport operations and improve overall efficiency
- Provide leadership to a team of airport staff members to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets
Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, technical sales, and account management within the aviation industry
- Strong ability in warm calling techniques, effective communication skills, and market analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in technology sales, leadership capabilities, and strategic planning
- Previous experience in managing airport operations or working closely with airlines is highly desirable
