Lynn Shelter Association is now hiring Direct Care Staff (Part-Time Weekends) for our Emergency Shelter.

Numerous Schedules are available.
Saturday, and Sunday
Available shift options: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am.

We provide shelter, supportive services, housing solutions and access to a continuum of community supports to more than 1,000 individuals and families at risk for and experiencing homelessness each year.
Responsibilities Include:
*Checking in shelter guests in accordance with established policies and procedures
*Maintain safety and orderliness in the shelter
*Light housekeeping duties, including laundry
*Performing various record keeping duties
*Attending scheduled staff meetings and agency trainings
Qualifications:
*High school diploma/GED required
*Experience working with people from very diverse backgrounds
*Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
*Ability to implement and utilize limit setting techniques and appropriate boundaries
*Ability to speak, read and write English
*Ability to pass CORI/background check
