Job Summary:
Parts Counter Customer Service Representatives will assist both customers and Abele Tractors team of technicians, with their machine part needs, supporting in-person sales, phone sales, internet sales, and internal sales.
Duties:
- 7 am- 5 pm Mon - Friday work week
- Helping customers identify part needs
- Resolve customer issues with quick and satisfactory solutions
- Excellent phone communication with prompt call pickup and returned calls
- Using a computer system to identify the parts and place parts orders
- Pulling stocked parts, being able to identify the warehouse location of parts quickly and efficiently
- Restocking parts as new stock arrives
- Placing stock and special orders while working with Abele Tractor’s part suppliers
- The ability and willingness to run forklifts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Experience working in a parts department
- Positive Attitude
- Strong Computer and Technology Skills
- Strong Communication Skills “in Person” and “over the Phone”
- Attention to Detail with Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience Running Forklift and Other Equipment
- Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
