Home Health Sales Representative
Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus / Performance-based compensation package
Job Description: The Home Health Sales person is responsible for current contracts and establishing new relationships / referral sources with Hospitals, Facilities (SNF, AL, ALZ..etc.) and Specialty MD / Physician Practice outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain on-going relationships that will increase census and preference for services.
The Home Health Sales person uses their knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Our Liaison will be the home health expert and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in hospice/palliative or home health marketing strongly preferred.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
