We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and support. This role will involve handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
