Duties:
- Installations: Installing and connecting pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems according to specifications.
- Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues in residential or commercial buildings.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of plumbing systems.
- Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergency plumbing calls, such as burst pipes or sewer backups.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all plumbing work complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including invoices, reports, and project documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the work performed.
