Job Summary:
The 7-Eleven Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 7-Eleven convenience store. This role includes managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager ensures that all store operations align with company policies and standards, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Implement and maintain 7-Eleven merchandising standards.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and deposits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train staff on customer service best practices.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
4. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor and control shrinkage and waste.
- Optimize product assortment to meet customer demand.
5. Financial Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
- Manage store budgets and expenses.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Marketing and Promotions:
- Execute company marketing and promotional programs.
- Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Work Environment:
- The Store Manager works in a retail store environment and must be able to stand for long periods, lift products, and manage various store equipment. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
