Notre Dame Academy, a Catholic elementary school in West Los Angeles, is seeking applicants for an after school program coordinator. The job involves directing indoor and outdoor play, monitoring homework and study time, helping with art projects and crafts including cleanup, and monitoring the safety and welfare of the children. The coordinator is also responsible for managing the other daycare staff. An ideal candidate has experience in management, working with children, and an interest in growth.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare setting
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to implement behavior management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development principles
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents
Hours: Monday-Thursday 2:30-6pm, Friday 12:00-6pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
