To provide consistency throughout the organization and identify accountability for the Agent Services Rep-Realty. The ASR will oversee listing management utilizing the MLS and Skyslope to meet the brokerage listing compliance requirements. The ASR will be a technology advocate for all agents and consumer facing technology to effectively and efficiently support the agents. The ASR will have additional responsibilities supporting the Sales Leader and Agents on the office's day-to-day operations. In addition, the position provides agents with administrative support as needed.

- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and sales associates, which may include assisting sales associates with sending and receiving company e-mails, providing computer assistance, handling written correspondence, ensuring forms are stocked, answering phones, greeting visitors, routing mail, preparing schedules, and maintaining accurate billing records. Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience:
- One to three years clerical or administrative experience.
- Marketing and graphic design background helpful.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.
- Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Must possess strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; accuracy/quality; detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability.
