Project Success is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, dependable person to manage our Quick Books system.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in bookkeeping/finance/accounting
Experience with Quick Books and Excel
Experience with payroll taxes
Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, dependable
Analytical/data-driven mindset; good with numbers and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to details
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to CEO and Program Director
Oversee/manage Quick Books system with multiple accounts and line item categories
Bi-monthly payroll
Entering and paying bills, tracking invoices and payments; including reconciling credit and bank accounts
Generate Quick Books reports
Fact-checking accounting and notifying management of any accounting errors
Assist CEO and Program Director with financial reporting
Other duties as assigned
