About the Bookkeeper Role:
As a Bookkeeper at Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and their businesses. Your duties will include organizing financial data, recording transactions, and conducting reconciliations. You will work closely with business owners to ensure their financial data is organized and accurate. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is essential, facilitating your work on financial reporting and assisting clients. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:

Recordkeeping: Adhere to firm procedures regarding the organization and retention of financial records.

Data Management and Transaction Recording: Accurately and efficiently gather and organize financial data, recording transactions to ensure financial accuracy.

Account Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of various accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports that reflect the clients' financial status and activities.

Client Interaction: Maintain professional relationships with clients, promptly returning calls and addressing inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:
