Elizondo & Associates is a full-service land surveying, mapping, and consulting company based out of San Antonio, Texas. We provide a full range of land surveying services to public and private clients throughout Texas. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and take initiative. We are a busy office, looking for a self-starter.

Education & Experience:
- Must have College Degree
- 3+ Years in an administrative support role is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Project Tracker, ERP Systems is preferred
- Experience with a variety of office equipment
Job Description:
- Assisting Project Management Team and Registered Professional Surveyor with CAD productions, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and saving all needed documentation with high attention to detail.
- Field Crew Management including but not limited to creating and maintaining the field schedule, coordination of site visits, arranging and booking hotel stays, and additional field crew office support as needed.
- Manage Payroll Hours, Vehicle Mileage and other Business-Related Reimbursements.
- Keeping the office in order, keeping office supplies stocked and ordering supplies as needed.
- Answering phone calls and greeting clientele in a professional and friendly manner
- First point of contact with clientele; updating the client on current project status and responding to client questions/concerns
- Opening and Closing the Office
- Assisting with internal reviews as needed.
- Completing RPLS or Project Manager support tasks as needed.
