Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Email and phone communications directly with client accounts
- Order entry
- Close communication with sales and/or customers to obtain and evaluate customer requirements/available data and other preliminary matters pertinent to the inquiry, product or sale.
- Assist in department improvements to facilitate improved productivity to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills.
- Ability to maintain productivity and professionalism while under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP Software preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Detail oriented and organized, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual/Spanish - a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.80 - $20.80 per hour
