Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Analyze customer data to improve service quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
