ABOUT US:
HealPros is a rapidly growing specialized health services and information technology company based in Atlanta, GA. We provide services to health plans around the country, helping bring early detection and examination services directly to plan members in their home and other convenient locations. HealPros’ initial service offering provides retinal eye screenings to diabetic members utilizing portable cameras, with screening results uploaded to proprietary cloud-based applications. Screening results are provided to the company’s health insurance plan clients.
THE ROLE:
As the HR & Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both our human resources department and overall office operations. You are task-oriented and organized. You will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks, providing essential support to both HR and office management teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. HR Support:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training sessions and development programs.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with Director of People & Culture and Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and compliance regulations.
2. Administrative Duties:

Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office supplies inventory and office breakroom. This includes restocking supplies, cleaning the kitchen area, and ensuring the breakroom is well-stocked and presentable for employees and visitors.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and service providers.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, memos, and reports.

Support various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources or office management capacity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software experience is a plus.

Knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations, is preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in HR or office administration is a plus.
