We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role involves supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and providing language support to enhance communication with our Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, partners, and employees.

Translate documents, emails, and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa.

Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance in both English and Spanish.

Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional welcome.

Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in managing customer accounts and follow up on client requests.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Strong translation skills with the ability to convey information accurately and clearly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
