Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Greet/ Welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
- Inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Perform other administrative support.
Office Assistant Requirements/ Qualifications:
- High school diploma/ GED
- 1+ Years of experience as an office assistant/ receptionist.
- Experience with Computer systems such as: Microsoft, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.20 - $16.24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
