How do you become part of the OMNI Community? Omni Technologies is looking for a Urethane Casting Specialist to mold plastic parts from high performing urethane resins. The 1nd shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30am.- 3:00pm with potential for overtime.

Essential Community Member duties:
- Read and understand work orders
- Break down material formulas using mathematical equations
- Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
- Promote a culture of teamwork
- Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
- Maintain equipment
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Community Requirements:
- High School degree or GED
- Working with hand tools
- Mathematical ability
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
