About the Role:
We are looking for someone to be our eyes and ears in all our units in the
market, inspecting for damage, conducting quality assurance inspections on
our cleanings, anticipating and reporting potential guest issues, and ensuring
that each guest’s experience is the best in the industry!
Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle with car insurance (Required)

- Willing to travel to different properties on a daily basis (Required)
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check (Required)
- Previous housekeeping lead or housekeeping supervisor experience in either hotels or short-term rentals (Required)
- A professional with a positive attitude who can work effectively both ina team environment as well as independently.
- hospitality-oriented and strong customer facing skillsA professional who can embrace the use of mobile applications and technology; It will be helpful if familiar with tech devices like (Wi-Fi locks, Smart TVs, internet routers, other IoT devices)
- Flexible schedule and must be willing to work weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor housekeeping vendors’ daily progress and inspects all completed units to assure that all CozySuites standards have been met; when standards have been missed, bring cleaners back to the property and coach them on how to correct the deficiency, and ensure process compliance in the future.
- Coordinate with offsite guest experience team to deliver superior experiences to guests.
- Drive quality outcomes through higher cleaning review scores from guests.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, security issues or damage of CozySuites property.
- Perform light maintenance work such as unclogging or snaking toilets, tightening furniture, changing light bulbs, and changing batteries.
- Ensure all units are properly supplied and provide supplies in real-time for guests when requested.
- Conduct pre-check in inspections for VIP clients and conduct routine preventive maintenance walkthroughs of units.
- Ensure all furniture, appliances and amenities are clean and in working order.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout, especially during walkthroughs.
- Help Ccatalog and restock housekeeping storage inventories with linens and consumables to par levels.
- Reset smart devices and locks to ensure continued function.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors regarding cleanings and maintenance.
- Collaborate with property offices to complete maintenance work orders in timely manner.
- Travel to locations distributed throughout the city.
- Occasionally conduct a cleaning if the cleaning vendors are unable to do so.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
