Position Summary
Craftwood Inc. is an Authorized Dealer of Oknoplast Windows and Doors operating in the Denver Area. We are currently looking for someone familiar with the area to join us as an Outside Sales Professional. This person must be a result driven individual that has a track record of client relationship management. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day while being extremely detailed oriented. Main responsibilities are to drive sales, increase market share, while enhancing customer relationships with positive sales and margin results that meet or exceed sales objectives. At Craftwood we believe in trust and transparency, as we have built our brand on our relationships and reputation. The ideal person will be able to represent those values in any and all dealings with our client base.
Essential Responsibilities
· Executes our service model and overall strategies to optimize the penetration of Craftwood Products in the specific geography.
· Understand and follow established procedures for placing customer orders, servicing customers, adhering to pricing guidelines, and recommend changes when warranted to achieve overall company goals.
· Telesales existing and potential customers delivering increased sales opportunities; provides quotes, confirmations, introduces new products and promotions; responds promptly and professionally to customer requests.
· Demonstrates the ability to remain resolute and resilient under stress.
· Works alongside the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets; achieving maximum sales in assigned territories.
· Will need extensive experience in problem solving in the building industry and can promptly address customer problems, and when appropriate, forward in a timely manner to the appropriate person to resolve the issue.
· Being detail oriented is a must.
· Understand and follow established procedures for placing customer orders, servicing customers, adhering to pricing guidelines, and recommend changes when warranted to achieve overall company goals.
· Informs purchasing of large upcoming sales and/or out-of-stock concerns so they can react and proactively address.
· Provide and report market intelligence on pricing and/or customer needs/special requests.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, that includes planning each week, each day, and each call with intention.
· Previous sales experience with successful achievement of increasing revenue through current customers and developing new customer base.
· Excellent time management skills, with flexibility to work 50 hours per five-day work week, schedule customer calls in clusters, schedule territory coverage efficiently, and spend maximum percent of time in front of customers.
· Conscientiousness in following established administrative procedures, including maintenance of customer information sheets and files, timely submission of credit applications for new accounts, sales plans, forecasts, customer target information, monthly market updates, and expense reports.
· Valid driver’s license with proven good driving record.
· Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
· Ability to operate effectively within established budgetary constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years of relevant building material experience.
· 2+ years experience growing sales in a territory.
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
· Basic understanding of the supply chain to the building materials industry.
· Ability to write in a professional manner.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
