We are currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Position Overview: As a Creative Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging your creativity and industry knowledge to develop and execute effective promotional marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results, all while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail. You will collaborate with the design team to develop compelling artwork that tells our clients’ stories, while meeting production and delivery deadlines.
This role requires high organization skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the production process.
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop and execute creative promotional marketing campaigns.
· Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating excellent people skills. Verbal communication is a key element of this role.
· Utilize CRM software platform and Outlook to manage client relationships and communications.
· Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
· Multi-task efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills, Talents, Qualities, and Education:
· Proven experience in the promotional marketing industry – or similar field.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
