Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years related car, procurement, yard, or warehouse experience.
- Ability to judge the resalable of products purchased.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR and Drug Test.
- If driving 10,001+ GVWR, must have medical certification.
- Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience.
- College coursework.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret
graphs.
- Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
- Frequently communicates complex information and interacts with management. Can present, resolve, and
address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.
- Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions
and procedures.
- Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities;
works closely with a supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction.

- The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work
in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly
wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise
levels
