Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates high standards in customer service
- Identifies opportunities for growth such as, staffing, scheduling and coaching
- Leads through teaching team members and growing their product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety and legal compliance. Has coaching and mentor skills.
- Responsible for identifying the professional development needed for each team member.
- Responsible for salon inventory.
- Conducts all reviews for staff members
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the salon's reputation
Experience:
- Proven experience in store management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
- Strong sales background with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets
- Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, and training salon staff
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and financial analysis
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interactions
- Ability to market salon services effectively to attract new customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment
Job Type: Full Time
Availability: Tuesday-8:30-4:30-Wednesday-8:30-3:00pm- Thursday 8:30-3:00pm
Friday-8:30-5:00pm ( Some Saturdays)
