**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Assist in maintenance of the Center's adopted QAPI program. Serve a on-site Infection Control Officer (required min 8 hours annual education). Monitors FTE utilization and makes recommendations to promote cost effective practices. May assume other responsibilities for the Director of Nursing in her or his absence.
**Duties:**
- Oversite of nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and medical records
- Implement clinical best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 3 years experience as a registered Nurse in clinical setting (ASC experience preferred)
- Supervisory experience in a clinical healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
