Bloxx Building is a fast paced and quickly growing shipping container-based Modular Home Manufacturer. We are a small business, so we need someone who is a team player, organized, multitasker, and can easily adapt to tackle different tasks. There is some desk work, but this is not strictly a desk job. You will need to assist with showing our products to customers. Knowledge of computers, Microsoft suite, and Google Drive is a must.
You will work closely with the executive team and regularly interact with customers and vendors.
Job Description:
- Assist with answering the phone and product sales
- Collect employee time sheets, materials lists, vendor invoices, receipts, etc to be entered into the computer
- Willing to be trained on and use Quickbooks regularly
- Keep updated records of bills and their due dates
Prior experience in the construction industry, with Quickbooks, inventory, and construction materials is a plus.
