This position is responsible for the supervision of the Operations of Darsalud Management, as well as ongoing support of clinical operations and quality care delivery at a fast paced, innovative clinic, working with underserved populations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the Darsalud Management Offices.
- Ensures schedules are set to provide department coverage and monitors the quality of work.
- Supervises staff which include assignment of duties and problem resolution
- Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions such as promotion, discipline, attendance, compensation and termination
- Assists in staff recruitment including interviewing, selection, and training in a proactive and productive manner
- Assures timekeeping and payroll requests of staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations
- Provides day to day guidance and oversight of employees and departmental goals
- Works to promote and recognize performance and foster professional development
- Escalates employee concerns to Leadership when needed/necessary.
- Aids with duties that would result in employee satisfaction.
- May be needed outside of normal scheduled workday to address patient/employee concerns.
- Performs other duties related to the operation of the office and/or clinics as assigned.
- Use data to evaluate performance, trends, and identify actions plans for the various departments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Oversees the operations of the management office and assists in the various roles as needed
- Assists in the Management of patient scheduling and notifies all appropriate personnel of changes
- Assists in the onboarding, training, and credentialing of new staff as needed.
- Analyze and interpret Data, communicate findings, and develop and implement strategies to address areas of attention
- Coordinate with the various departments of Darsalud Management as needed to ensure the clinical and financial goals are met.
- Ensures all areas are clean and welcoming
- Maintains the office and addresses cleaning or emergency maintenance services as necessary
- Provides day to day guidance and oversight of employees; actively works to promote and recognize performance and foster professional development
- Approves and monitors expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines
- Ensures that the activities of the offices/clinics are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol and that staff provide high quality, safe, and cost-effective care to patients
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines
- Periodically provides advice, counsel, and updates to staff
- Fosters an environment of teamwork and also collaborates closely with the various departments while maintaining confidentiality and discretion as needed.
- Helps Identify and resolve operational and clinical issues affecting the delivery of patient care services
- Communicates any concerns identified for staff which may include performance and behavioral concerns to Leadership
- Assist with various projects as needed
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role
- 5+ years of experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
- Clinical background in training and administrative skills are a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with proved ability to learn new software quickly
- Hold a current and active driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Proficientcy in claim analysis, reporting, and management principles are required.

Pay: $59,964.00 - $72,539.00 per year
