Under the supervision of a BCBA or case Supervisor, ABA Therapists are trained to provide individualized ABA services in the home, community, and center-based settings. Payrate: The position pays between $20-25 per hour- starting at $20-$23 per hour (based on experience) -rate increases within first 3-6 months.
Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday. Weekends are optional and you can build your caseload.
Most clients are seen during after-school hours (between 2:30-8 pm).

Qualifications:
Applicants should enjoy working with children, especially one-to-one.
Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or the Psychology field is a plus.
Responsibilities: The ABA Tech will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and will be directly responsible for:

Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- Working with families for effective collaboration on client
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor
Additional qualifications for the ABA Tech role include:

Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children!
- Experience working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism)
- Ability to attend Orientation
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (mostly after school hours between 3-8 pm)
- Has reliable transportation
- Must be timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
- Other relevant experience: working as a Teacher's Aide, Education Assistant, Child Care worker, Tutor, Instructor, Home Care Worker, Mental Health Therapist, Nursing Assistant
