VIP Animal Hospital is in search of a vibrant individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Receptionist. You'll be the friendly face greeting our clients and assisting them with their furry friends' needs, including selling packages for pet care.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly.
- Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
- Guide clients in choosing the right services for their pets.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with our veterinary team for smooth service delivery.
- Tackle administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and keeping office supplies stocked.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for animals and willingness to learn about veterinary services.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
