Job Description:
As a First Impression Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive customer relationships will be a major factor in your continued growth and development in this role.
Responsibilities may include:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via our CRM system; this may include platforms such as phone, email, Facebook, Yelp and our website
- Provide detailed information about our fencing products and services
- Schedule appointments for consultations and installations
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Understand and communicate our Cool Cat Process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Assist in preparing preliminary quotes using our CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with our clients by ensuring world class service from the first interaction with the customer to the completion of their project
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a construction or home improvement industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time Management / Multitasking ability
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Schedule / Job Location:
- Tuesday-Saturday (10am-6pm PST)
- Currently hybrid position - will be transitioned to full time in-person within 3-6 months
Pay:
- Starting pay of 19$/hr + (KPI) Key Performance Indicator Bonus
