Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and SAP.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Oversee social media management for HR-related content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and SAP.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
