Aquamen Water Solutions llc is a veteran owned, water system service company based in Northwood NH. We provide Public Water System Operations, design, installation, maintenance, repair and emergency service for community and commercial water systems. We are looking to hire full time Water System Operators for our community / commercial water source, storage and treatment system division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to field service work on public, community and commercial water supply, storage and treatment systems. This includes troubleshooting, service, repair and installation of water system well pumps, booster pumps, transfer pumps, control panels and systems, metering and measuring equipment. Water testing with a Hach portable test kit and collection of water samples for lab analysis. Installation, repair and replacement of an array of treatment systems, equipment and components. An emphasis on treatment is needed for the many different systems we operate on a daily basis, among other water system related services. We are passionate about public health and safety as it pertains to water supply. Our team ensures clean, safe potable water supply for thousands of residents across NH and ME every day. What we are looking for: Experience is a must
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team. Who believes in our mission and wants to contribute to the success of that mission and the continued success and growth of the company. Is self motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally. Has great attention to detail. Knowledge and experience working on public, community and commercial water systems. Has skills and experience troubleshooting well pump systems, plc and control panels, chemical feed (metering) pumps, treatment control systems and more. Solid communication skills both written and verbal, are important. A clean drivers license is a must.
Regular duties include but are not limited to: routine service for public, community and commercial water systems in a regulatory environment. This includes routine pump house checks and services, recording pertinent operational information and interpretation of the data. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical as it pertains to water systems.
Hours of operation are defined as 8:00 am - 5:00 pm but we also provide emergency service for all kinds of water related issues. We also have a rotational on call for weekends and holidays.
Hourly rate $25-$35. Minimum T1 license required with ability to obtain T2 within 1 year of employment.
