Ideal candidates will have experience implementing sales and marketing plans, building trusting relationships with healthcare providers, and educating the community about services provided. Must possess excellent communication skills and believe in the services that hospice can offer patients and their families. A bachelors degree plus at least three years in professional healthcare sales is preferred.
REPORT TO: Corporate Director of Sales
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY:
Must demonstrate basic knowledge of all procedures included in the job description. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, patients, families and co-workers. Must have the ability to effectively cope with patients, families and all others with varying backgrounds, socioeconomic conditions, and value judgments. Maintains confidentiality of information relating to the patient and family.
