**Job Summary:**
At Ortho1, we prioritize patient success and experience above all else. I am looking for a physical therapist who is passionate about their practice, wants to help foster a collaborative and enjoyable environment with fellow clinicians, and enjoys creating a fun and effective rehab experience for our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate fun and enjoyable environment for fellow therapists and patients
- Provide high quality and effective physical therapy for any variety of orthopedic conditions
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Must be cooperative with fellow PT's on treatment strategies and treat staff with respect
- Expect to see 11-14 patients per 8 hour work day. Aides will be available to assist with exercises and modalities. 1 hour evaluations.
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess:
- DPT
- Experience in orthopedics (But new grads are also welcome)
