Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our healthcare practice. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them to additional employees as necessary.

Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Distribute incoming mail.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Assist in general administrative office tasks as needed.

Basic data entry.
- Assist with Medical Records requests.
Required Skills:

Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience with answering incoming calls.
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills.
