Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PreK Teacher to join our team. As a PreK Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young students and fostering their love for learning. You will be teaching a class of no more than 11 students
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Foster a love for learning through interactive and hands-on activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and order
- Provide guidance and support to students in their social and emotional development
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification/license- Preferred
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in a Pre School setting
- Strong knowledge of literacy education, early childhood education, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
