Hours: 10-7 Monday through Friday
Mandatory overtime on Saturdays
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Answering customer service phone calls
Routing the call to the appropriate party
Assisting customers with basic customer service needs
Assisting in the Home Warranty claims process by either speaking to the customer or using the claims portal to communicate with the customer on basic claim needs
o This will include:
Entering claims via a website for a customer
Emailing the customer for additional information needed for the claim
Answering any questions, the customer may have on the claim
Reviewing documentation provided by customer where it pertains to the claim
Communicating to the customer the resolution of a claim
Utilizing claims portal in ZOHO as needed
Discussing the outcome of the issue with the technician and gathering pertinent information to close the claim.
Price out the cost of the claim and gain approval from management to approve the claim.
Recommended Previous Experience
· 1+ years of customer service experience in the Home Warranty Industry (highly recommended)
· Computer knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· 1+ years of customer service experience in a telemarketing environment
· Ability to work in an office environment
· 2+ years of college experience
* Fluent in Spanish and English is a requrement

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
