Hail Medic is the highest volume and fastest growing auto hail repair shop in the industry! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that wants to be a key team member in helping grow our Denver facility. The Administrative Assistant will assist with the daily duties of the office manager and directors as well as some personal assistant / executive assistant duties. The Administrative Assistant position must be able to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with the team.
Duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Answer phone, greet customers and insurance adjusters
- Coordinate with insurance companies (payment verification, status reports, etc)
- Provide assistance to Rental Car Division (create reservations, coordinate service on rentals)
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- General office duties as needed
Required experience and skills of the Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, high energy, and integrity required.
- Dedication to providing superior customer service
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Accounting Experience a plus
- Quickbooks online experience a plus
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Punctual and reliable
