*Front Desk Receptionist
- Male Medical Group is the leading hormone and wellness clinic in San Antonio and is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Front Office Receptionist to help us create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality experience for our patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishes strong relationships over the phone
- Take patient medication orders and/or adjustments
- Answer any questions clients may have
- Book appointments * Checking patients in and out
- Maintains a friendly, team focused attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Delivers quality customer service and maintains established quality control standards
- Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner
- Processes appropriate documents in an organized and accurate fashion
- Respects patient confidentiality at all times
- Provides clerical and general support duties and ensures the front office is running smoothly by managing tasks given by office manager
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to use MS Office package or similar programs
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ambition to help grow a thriving practice
- High level attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take direction and grow with the practice
- Personable and efficient with organizational and time-management skills
- Prefer prior experience in a medical setting
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent customer-service skills and energetic
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
HOURS
- Tuesday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to noon.
Job Type: Full-time
