PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The below listed duties are not all inclusive. This position must also perform other duties as assigned.):
- Professionally answer incoming calls within two rings, adhering to the company's established greeting protocol, and provide accurate responses to inquiries.
- Effectively manage situations involving disgruntled customers by providing patient assistance and resolving issues.
- Assist callers in troubleshooting, navigating the company website, placing orders online, or facilitating orders over the phone.
- Review and update customer or client accounts, furnishing relevant updates and information regarding routes or statistics.
- Employ dispatch software, maps, and tracking systems to dispatch appropriate vehicles and offer navigation guidance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, particularly during high-pressure situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails directed to the CARE center.
- Escalate calls to the Customer Support Specialist when necessary and justified.
- Perform data entry for all urgent requests (Stat requests).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Requirement: Preferred two years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in data entry and telephone communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn and utilize software applications.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional listening, comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as delegated.
