This position is responsible for overseeing fixed site donor recruitment to achieve annual collection goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission of providing a reliable blood supply and its vision of a healthier world.
The Director of Fixed Site Recruitment manages the department's budget, staffing, and recruitment processes, collaborating with division staff, national marketing teams, and the Vice President. Duties include strategic planning, implementing recruitment programs, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulations while fostering a culture of quality customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The director ensures that the department effectively supports the national strategy and contributes to the organization's overall success.

Knowledge/ Education
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Fixed Site operations experience preferred.
Experience
1. Seven years related experience required.
- Six years leadership experience required.
