The Call Center Operations Manager will lead a team of representatives in delivering best-in-class customer service, and help support new and existing Customers. Key Responsibilities
Management of 10-15 coordinators
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Business process oversight
Overall call center leadership including our platform, telephony, and email
General Requirements·
BS in Management, or equivalent work experience·
Excellent written, oral, and communication skills·
Proficiency with computers, web based platforms, and basic analysis·
Experience working in a call center environment·
High energy, goal oriented individual
