Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a memorable stay, and your attention to detail will guarantee that every guest's needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, provide information about the hotel's facilities and services, and respond to any queries or concerns they may have.
- Manage the front desk, including handling room assignments, key distributions, credit cards, cash and responding to room requests.
- Assist with guest services, such as arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions.
- Operate hotel phone systems and respond to guest calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with discretion.
Skills:
- Experience in a resort or hotel setting, preferably with a focus on guest services.
- Strong hospitality skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak multiple languages ( or ).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with night audit duties and a solid understanding of hotel operations.
- A team player with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
