Seeking a Rental Vehicle Operations Assistant to join my team!
You will perform various duties supporting a small fleet of vehicles that are rented to customers. In addition, some light clerical and administrative functions may be required, but will be trained to the right candidate.
This is a part-time role (10-20 hrs initially per week) with somewhat unpredictable hours, due to customer orders coming in at any time, and a short window of time to service the vehicles if they are rented on short notice, but it is fairly easy work.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are guest-ready by thoroughly cleaning interior/exterior
- Plan and schedule deliveries to customers, and/or El Paso International Airport
- Greet and assist guests via chat
- Answer questions and direct customer to appropriate areas for support
- Drive vehicles to and from maintenance and servicing appointments
- Promote the business on Social Media via Twitter, Instagram, Facebook groups, etc.
- Perform marketing duties as needed
- Perform other duties as required to support the business
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record!
- Previous experience in auto detailing or auto fleet maintenance is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy - must have references!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
