Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Automotive Aftermarket and OE customers.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and other service-related issues.
Process various types of orders including purchase orders, warranty claims, samples, and hardware kits.
Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Offer technical assistance regarding installation, fitment, and other product-related queries, with training provided as necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle order processing for various channels including EDI, online retailers, direct-to-consumer, and Amazon.
Coordinate with shipping personnel to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and provide advanced shipping notices.
Generate quotes for customers regarding shipping costs, product pricing, etc.
Process invoices, order cancellations, and manage returns as needed.
Monitor and communicate backorder status to customers.
Assist customers and end-users with technical support and installation guidance.
Manage customer stock adjustments and Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
Support other departments with special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong commitment to customer service excellence, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Proficiency in understanding installation procedures and reading technical documentation.
Excellent organizational skills coupled with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or other CRMs is a plus.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and basic data entry skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
Capacity to work efficiently under time constraints.
Previous experience in inside sales is advantageous.

Experience Required:
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Experience in product installation and following technical instructions.
Automotive Manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
