- Coordinate service work for existing customers – handle incoming issues, troubleshoot resolutions with Client Services Director, MMM production and engineering team as needed.
- Assist with scheduling inbound chassis units and outbound completed units.
- Keep existing customer data and service information up to date in software.
- Write work orders for service work out of MMM Greensboro. Coordinate with Client Services Director, Project Manager and production to schedule work in shop.
- Create an engaged client experience by being a problem solver.
- Takes immediate action to ensure client repairs are handled in a timely manner.
- Takes ownership of client issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Create and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with your clients.
- Assist with outbound service sales activities as needed – list building for possible service partners, outreach to potential decision makers, scheduling meeting times.

- Proficiency in common business software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana (or comparable project management tool)
Work will typically be performed in an office environment. When working with manufacturing, some time will be spent in a fabrication environment.
- 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
