HVAC experience is not required. We will provide on the job training including the design and management of cutting edge heat pump projects.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on inbound sales leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
● Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed written proposals and estimates for clients.
● Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys for larger projects, assessing customer needs and specifications.
● Customer Education: Communicate the benefits of our services through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
● Project Overview: Work closely with shop and field staff to guarantee successful installations and support field sales efforts.
● Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in high-end Manhattan buildings.
● Sales Oversight: Manage and oversee sales projects ranging from $1M to $2M.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Total Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 annually (including commissions)
