The new Goss Chevrolet is hiring a Parts Counter Person who will be responsible for high level of internal customer service support to our internal shops and general customer base.
Responsibilities include assisting technicians with looking up parts to complete service jobs. Answering parts department phone to help retail and wholesale customers. Checking in daily deliveries.
Delivering parts to our wholesale customers, timely, maintaining good relationships with them while seeking new customers for growth. Ensuring the highest quality of customer service. Ability to drive a pickup truck towing small utility trailer a plus.
Qualified applicants will have excellent attention to detail; strong communication and customer engagement skills; basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
This is a full-time position with benefits, including medical, dental and life insurance, 401K plan with match, paid vacation, holidays, sick and personal time.
Hourly Pay Based on Experience!! This Position has room for growth and pay is hourly PLUS PLUS bonuses. With experience earn up to or over $50K a year.
