Patient Care Coordinator
Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for promoting our extensive cosmetic & health services through client consultation & education to meeting monthly revenue goals. The PCC is the backbone of our practice & works closely with our owner to execute seamless consultations with emphasis on education of cosmetic procedures. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, self-motivated environment, & demonstrates an unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction. Candidates possess exceptional listening skills, outstanding follow-up technique, & a proven sales track record. They possess the ability to articulate technical & medical information clearly to non-medical clientele. NexTech expertise a plus!
- Respond promptly to patient calls & emails quickly establishing trust & rapport. Overdelivering to our patients at every turn.
- Sales focused, drive to convert inquiries to surgeries
- Communicate comfortably & confidently quotes ranging up to $10,000+
- Routinely follow up with potential patients to cultivate the relationship for consideration of future services
- Conduct effective & informative consultations to educate, determine goals, & set expectations.
- Daily administrative & operational responsibilities including inbound & outbound phone calls, email & text communication with proper patient follow up. Scanning, filing, photocopying at times.
- Efficiently & effectively schedule appointments, working alongside office teammates, providers, patients & other team members.
- Must be comfortable utilizing tech platforms and other CRM tools for lead management
- Emotional intelligence & professionalism at all times with patients, team, & ownership with warmth, compassion & empathy.
- Professional, enthusiastic, disciplined, driven, eloquent, polished, hardworking, goal driven, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow-up on 50+internet leads & 50+ calls daily
- 2+ years proven sales experience gathering inquiry information via phone & successfully scheduling.
- Possesses the absolute highest of ethics with integrity & confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
