We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager. As a General Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff members.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
- Implement and enforce safety and security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or Fast-Food industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
