Mind and Motion is currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Johns Creek area to provide quality therapy services. Mind and Motion is the only group in the area that offers specialized Allied Health & Behavioral Health services in the same location for families with individuals that have developmental disorders. This position has endless potential and is very flexible. Must be currently licensed in Georgia. New grads and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply as we offer supervision and mentorship. Must demonstrate an ability to work with families and caregivers to incorporate therapeutic techniques into the interests and routines of the family. Must have the ability to evaluate and treat disorders and delays that affect our patient’s ability to perform daily activities and research their educational goals.

- Work under the supervision of the Allied Health Manager.
- Work in close relationship with the clinical team to provide high quality, multidisciplinary treatment.
- Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high quality, administrative customer service.
- Know and become compliant with HIPAA and how it relates to the scope of the position.
- Work within the clinic’s existing business solutions and add value to these resources.
- Abide by all confidentiality requirements.
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Act in a manner conducive to the role that is being conferred during this agreement in accordance with the values and mission of the company.
- Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company’s goals associated with growth and awareness.
Requirements:
- GA OTR/L Licensed
- Experience working with children that have developmental delays and/or disabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
